Congratulations to the Cambridge Power Boat Racing Association for hosting the 111th Cambridge Classic. Dorchester County should be proud of this heritage for hosting the longest lasting regatta in the country. 

The Hill’s Point Gang has been involved with the regatta for the past 25 years.  We are very proud to once again present the annual “Skeeter Johnson Memorial Trophy” at the Cambridge Classic. Skeeter Johnson was not only a local hometown racing hero but truly is an ‘’APBA Hall of Fame’’ legend. 

We welcome the Kent Narrows Racing Association as they will be hosting their regatta “Thunder on the Choptank” here at Great Marsh Park on Hambrooks Bay on July 22nd and 23rd. Save those dates as we will once again be presenting the Paul Sohn, Alton Pierson and James Curtis Memorial Awards that weekend.

The Hill’s Point Gang would like to express our deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation to everyone that continues to support and contribute to our organization. We continue to contribute to the Phil Johnson Scholarship Fund as well as the Region IV Rescue and Dive Team. Thank you for coming out to support the regatta.
